2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide you with a quote
- Confirm and manage your booking
- File Indiana ATC temporary permits on your behalf, which requires sharing your event details (venue name, address, date) with the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission, local law enforcement, and the Indiana State Excise Police

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as described below:
ATC Permit Filing
As part of the permit process, your event's venue name, address, and date are submitted to the Indiana ATC online portal (mylicense.in.gov), as well as to local law enforcement and the Indiana State Excise Police (ISEP). This sharing is required by Indiana law and is necessary for us to legally serve alcohol at your event.

We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business, such as:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Square) — to securely process transactions
- Email service providers — to send confirmations and communications
- Web analytics providers — to understand website usage (data is anonymized or aggregated)
These providers are contractually bound to use your information only for the purpose of providing services to us and to protect it with appropriate security measures.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of our clients or the public.
Business Transfers
If Buzz'd Mobile Bar is acquired, merges with another business, or transfers its assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and your rights under this Policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, including:
- Active client records: retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 3 years for tax and legal purposes
- Quote inquiries that did not result in a booking: retained for 12 months, then deleted
- Payment records: retained as required by applicable financial regulations (typically 7 years)
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include using HTTPS encryption for all website communications and limiting access to personal data to staff who need it to perform their job functions.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
Our website may use cookies — small text files stored on your device — for basic functionality (such as remembering your theme preference). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly as a result.
